Keeping Freight Moving. Keeping Trucks Ready.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully authorized. Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery timing are shown or confirmed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, destination, product availability, weather or other circumstances outside ARX Trucking's control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of loss and carrier claims will be handled according to applicable shipping and carrier terms.

Return & Refund Policy

Return requests should be made within 30 days after delivery. Products should be unused, uninstalled and returned in original condition and packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Certain special-order, electrical, installed, used or otherwise non-resalable items may not be returnable.

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the return results from an ARX Trucking error or a defective/damaged item. Contact denghao8888@aol.com or (909) 996-6682 before sending a return.

Terms & Conditions

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate order, billing and shipping information. Product images and descriptions are provided for identification and general information. Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle fitment, specifications and intended use before installation.

Prices and availability may change. An order is not final until payment is authorized and ARX Trucking accepts the order. ARX Trucking may cancel or refund an order when an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARX Trucking is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from improper selection, installation or use of a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
